These Terms of Service govern your use of Linksaw. By accessing or using Linksaw, you agree to these Terms.

Using Linksaw

You may use Linksaw only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account, the content you save, copy, paste, import, export, or share, and keeping access to your account secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Linksaw. You give Linksaw the limited permission necessary to store, process, synchronize, display, copy, transmit, and otherwise handle that content solely to operate and improve the service and provide features you request.

Shared content

If you create a public share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared snippet. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content and for deciding who receives the link. You can stop sharing through Linksaw where that option is available.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Linksaw, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate another person's rights, distribute malicious software, or store or share unlawful content. You may not use automated methods to overload or disrupt the service.

Third-party services

Linksaw relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Cloudflare infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. Linksaw is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Service availability and changes

Linksaw may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Features may be offered in beta and may change as the product develops.

Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Linksaw or delete your account at any time. Linksaw may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linksaw is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linksaw and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these Terms

Linksaw may update these Terms as the service evolves. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use of Linksaw after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply.
